Deal Solitaire is a free, independently operated browser game. It has no ads and requires no account, name, or email address to play. Saved game data stays in local storage on your device. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].

What this site measures.

Cloudflare Web Analytics runs on every page to count page views and measure page-load performance. Google Analytics 4 uses advanced consent mode on pages other than the board-only widget: limited cookieless measurement runs with analytics storage denied, while cookies and broader product measurement begin only if you choose Allow analytics. The bug-report sheet sends information only when you choose Send report. We do not sell personal data or use analytics for advertising or remarketing.

Cloudflare.

Cloudflare hosts and protects Deal Solitaire and provides Web Analytics on every page, including the board-only widget. Its browser beacon reports page-route and navigation/performance timing data for Cloudflare to process. Cloudflare says Web Analytics does not log query strings, use cookies or browser storage, fingerprint visitors, or follow them across customers' sites. Unsampled beacon data is kept for seven days and then reduced to an aggregated sample of roughly 10%; the dashboard currently shows the previous six months. Cloudflare also necessarily processes ordinary request, IP, header, security, and network-error information to deliver and protect the site and may obfuscate the displayed contact email address. Google Analytics 4.

Deal Solitaire uses Measurement ID G-QVVF9YBKR6. Before you make a choice, and whenever analytics storage is denied, Google's tag may send limited cookieless consent-status and measurement pings. These can include the denied consent state, timestamp, user agent, sanitized page/referrer information, a random per-page value, and the IP address needed to transmit and process the request. No _ga cookie is set or read in that state.

If you choose Allow analytics, Google also uses first-party _ga and _ga_* cookies and receives sanitized page path/title/referrer, automatic session and engagement information, approximate location, general browser/device information, and five coarse event families covering starts, broad outcomes, mode changes, Undo/Hint/Restart, and opening Progress or Settings. Google does not receive query strings, seeds, deal numbers, Daily dates, cards, board snapshots, move history, bug-report contents, exact moves/time, scores, streaks, achievements, local-storage values, User-ID, or free text.

GA cookies expire 60 days after creation and do not renew on later visits. User/event-level retention is two months; that setting does not govern standard aggregated reports. Google Signals, ads personalization, remarketing, demographics/interests, User-ID, user-provided data, advertising links, Measurement Protocol, and BigQuery export are off. Your analytics choice.

This device stores your allow or deny choice, notice version, and decision time in local storage for up to six months. You can change it through Privacy choices or Settings → Privacy. Turning analytics off removes this site's GA cookies and stops future custom product events; Google returns to limited cookieless measurement with analytics storage denied. The change does not automatically delete information already collected. Cloudflare Web Analytics is separate and is not controlled by this choice.

Why this processing occurs.

Cloudflare measurement is used to operate, secure, count visits to, and monitor the performance of the free site. Denied-state Google pings are used for limited site measurement; consented GA cookies and product events are used to understand and improve broad game use. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, the operator relies on legitimate interests for site delivery, security, and limited cookieless operational measurement, and on consent for GA cookies and fuller product measurement. You may object to legitimate-interest processing through the contact below; some jurisdictions may instead require consent for cookieless measurement, which is the residual risk identified in this review.

Your game stays on your device.

One unfinished deal, the latest 200 History entries, statistics, and settings stay in local storage. Analytics does not receive your pending deal, cards, History, statistics, settings, or move history. If you send a bug report, it separately includes the category and note you submit, submission time, current game state when available, device details, and recent error messages.

Embed pages.

The /embed/ instructions page follows the same GA choice as other full pages. The board-only /?embed=1 widget uses Cloudflare Web Analytics but never loads GA4, reads or writes the GA choice, or stores game state.

Providers and international processing.

Cloudflare and Google may process information in multiple countries under their service and data-processing terms, including recognized transfer safeguards where required. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, or withdraw consent by writing to [email protected]. Because there is no account or User-ID, we may be unable to match a record without a device identifier you provide. If these practices materially change, this policy and consent notice will be updated before the change ships.
