Terms of Service

Last updated: September 1, 2026

By playing Deal Solitaire or embedding it on your site, you agree to these terms. They're written to be read.

1. What this is.

Deal Solitaire is a free, browser-based solitaire game. No account, no signup, no download, no cost — on this site or in the embed widget. Privacy: the game collects nothing unless you send a bug report — the Privacy Policy says all of it. If you're under the age of consent where you live, please review these terms with a parent or guardian.

2. Honest odds — please read this.

Every deal in Random mode is a true shuffle of a standard deck, and we make no guarantee about any outcome: not that a deal is winnable, not that you'll win, not that any strategy produces a win. In Winnable mode and the Daily Challenge, every deal is verified solvable before it's offered — but no mode guarantees a win, no mode plays for you, and winnable never means easy. Your win rate, streaks, and best times are recorded separately for each mode and never blended into one figure. That's not a hedge — it's how the game works. If you're after certainty, this isn't the game for that. If you're after a fair, fast, honest game of solitaire, it is.

3. Embedding the game.

Any website may embed Deal Solitaire using the board-only view at https://dealsolitaire.com/?embed=1, subject to:

  • The link stays. The "Play Deal Solitaire — free" strip at the bottom of the embed must remain visible. It's the one thing we ask in return, and it may not be removed, hidden, covered, or re-styled so it's no longer readable.
  • It stays our code. The embed loads nothing else — no third-party scripts, no trackers, no ads, and it collects no data. You may not modify the embed's behavior.
  • Same honest odds. If you present the embed as "winnable" or imply guaranteed wins, the embedding right ends.
  • You're responsible for your use. You're responsible for how the embed performs on your site and for making sure it fits your page.

4. Intellectual property.

Deal Solitaire's name, design, and all site copy are ours. You may play, share, and embed per these terms, but you may not copy the site's text or artwork into your own pages (a link is the welcome alternative). The embedding right in section 3 is a permission, not a transfer of anything we own.

5. No warranty.

The game is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults, and without any warranty of any kind — express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise it will never break, and there's no uptime guarantee. You play at your own discretion.

6. Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Deal Solitaire and its operators aren't liable to you or to anyone for any loss or damage — direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — from playing the game, embedding it, using this site, or any interruption to any of it, even if we were told a claim was possible. Because the game is free, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us — which is zero. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

7. Changes.

We'll update these terms only when they need to be true to the product, and the date at the top will change when we do. (A future ad era would bring new terms — reviewed before anything ships.)

8. Severability.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

9. Concerns & disputes.

If you have a concern, write to us first — we'd rather fix it than fight it. These terms don't designate any country's law or courts; if a dispute is ever brought, the law and forum will be determined under the rules where it's filed. If the law where you live gives you protections these terms can't waive, those protections still apply to you.

10. Questions.

Write to us at [email protected] — we read everything.
